Banana Milkshake

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 250 ml semi-skimmed milk or alternative milk you prefer
- 30 grams rolled oats
Instructions
- Peel the banana and cut into slices.
- Add the sliced banana, milk and oats into a blender.
- Blend until all mixed together and serve!
Top Tip
- If you want to sweeten the shake, add in a teaspoon of honey.
