Banana Milkshake

Servings 1 person

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 250 ml semi-skimmed milk or alternative milk you prefer
  • 30 grams rolled oats

Instructions

  • Peel the banana and cut into slices.
  • Add the sliced banana, milk and oats into a blender.
  • Blend until all mixed together and serve!

Top Tip

  • If you want to sweeten the shake, add in a teaspoon of honey.
