semi-skimmed milk or alternative milk you prefer

rolled oats
Instructions
Peel the banana and cut into slices.
Add the sliced banana, milk and oats into a blender.
Blend until all mixed together and serve!
Top Tip
If you want to sweeten the shake, add in a teaspoon of honey.
