Fat loss for women who can't lose weight

Understand what’s preventing you from losing weight, break away from counting calories and strict diets, and learn how to lose fat for good.

Welcome to Nourish and Move

Whether you feel stuck in a weight loss plateau, rely on calorie tracking but still don’t see results, or find yourself starting over every Monday; you’re in the right place.

At Nourish and Move, we step away from restriction, tracking, and all-or-nothing thinking, and instead focus on understanding what’s actually keeping your body from losing weight, so you can finally create consistency with food that fits your lifestyle.

So you can feel more in control around eating, stop the constant cycle of starting over, and lose fat in a way that feels structured, sustainable, and peaceful.

You’re trying your best, but your results don’t reflect it

Some days you feel in control with food but other days it feels like once you start eating, it’s hard to stop.

And over time, this pattern makes fat loss incredibly difficult, because you’re not able to lose weight long-term.

So even though you know what healthy eating looks like, what’s actually happening underneath is keeping you from losing the weight, and that’s what we work on with you.

About

Meet Amy

Hi, I’m Amy and I’m a Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist for women who feel like they’re doing everything right, but your body still isn’t losing weight.

Like many of my clients, I spent too many years trying too many different diets and tracking methods before realising that long-term fat loss comes from building a realistic and easy-to-maintain structure around nutrition; not from restricting and cutting things out.

Here's how we can work together

Healthy Eating Made Easy Toolkit

A simple, no-overwhelm way to eat in a calorie deficit without tracking, so you can stay consistent without overthinking every meal.

Break the Binge-Restrict Cycle Group

A step-by-step approach to stop bingeing and overeating by removing the restriction and food rules that keep you stuck in the cycle.

The Fat Loss Diagnostic Method 1:1 Coaching

We identify why fat loss isn’t happening for you anymore, and reset your nutrition and movement so your body finally loses the weight for good, without long-term counting calories or restrictive dieting.

Amy is knowledgable, approachable and passionate about what she does and this definitely shows in her coaching. I definitely recommend Amy to any other women out there stuck at a crossroads!

A different approach to weight loss

Break away from calorie counting

Tracking apps like MyFitnessPal can be useful initially, but they’re often not as accurate as people assume. Which means you can spend hours each week logging food, weighing portions, and scanning labels but still not actually be in the calorie deficit you think you are.

But even when tracking is accurate, it can still keep you stuck in the same cycle, needing to rely on tracking and not enjoying peace or flexibility around your nutrition.

You’re probably still overthinking every meal. Feeling guilty when you go over your calories or miss your protein target. You’re being good all week, then losing control at night or over the weekend. And you’re constantly feeling like you’re either on track or completely off it.

Suddenly your weight loss has  become less about looking after your health, and more focused on rules and desparately trying to stay in control for fear of regaining or worse, never being able to lose the weight.

When you work with me as your Coach, I teach you how to eat in a way that naturally creates a calorie deficit without needing to track everything you eat, obsessing over numbers, or feeling like you need to rely on willpower to stay consistent.

So your results don’t depend on being perfect or being overly restrictive. My clients enjoy results from learning how to eat in a way that feels peaceful, consistent, and realistic to maintain, so you’re not constantly starting over, overthinking food, or relying on willpower to stay on track.
