Hello, I'm Amy

Like many women, I spent too many years of my life struggling to stick to diets and never being able to keep the weight off for long. 

But since 2015, I've discovered the power of nutrititon, qualified as a Personal Trainer and learnt how to balance female hormones through diet and lifestyle changes.

In 2023, I founded Nourish + Move Coaching share the science-backed knowledge I've learnt alongside my own personal experience of having lost over 24 pounds and keeping it off for over 11 years.
