Hi, I’m Amy and I’m a Nutrition and Emotional Eating Weight Loss Coach for women, specialising in supporting women to move away from toxic diets, break the binge-restrict cycle and build a sustainable (and enjoyable!) approach to fat loss you can actually keep off for good.
Like many of my clients, I spent too many years trying too many different diets and tracking methods before realising that long-term fat loss comes from building a realistic and easy-to-maintain structure around nutrition; not from restricting and cutting things out.

Tracking apps like MyFitnessPal can be around 20% inaccurate, so you could be spending hours each week scanning barcodes, weighing food and tracking every single thing you eat, only to STILL not be in the deficit you thought you were in.
