When you're doing everything right but your body still isn't changing
The Lean for Life Method is my 12-week 1:1 coaching programme for women who feel stuck at the same weight and want their hard work and effort to finally translate into real fat loss.
Lose 10–24lbs in 12 weeks without calorie counting, forcing yourself to eat high amounts of protein, or having unhealthy rules and restrictions.
Being stuck at the same weight despite putting in all the effort feels incredibly frustrating
Most of the women who join Lean for Life aren’t beginners.
You’re women who:
- go to the gym
- watch what you eat
- care about your health
- and expect results for the effort you’re putting in.
So when nothing seems to change despite trying your absolute best, it doesn’t just feel a little annoying – it’s feels like it goes against your core identity as someone who always follows through.
Because in most areas of life, you’re succeeding.
You solve problems. You always follow through. And you’re the woman who gets results.
But when it comes to your body, it’s not where you thought you’d be by now.
The cost of staying stuck
Every single time you do up your jeans and feel how tight they are, or you look in the mirror and don’t feel confident, it’s a reminder that you still haven’t lost the weight.
Seeing photos of yourself and thinking: I don’t look like someone who trains regularly.
Or realising you’ve been trying to lose weight for far longer than you thought it would take.
Over time it starts to create a subtle but frustrating thought:
Why is this the one area of my life I can’t seem to figure out?
And that gap between effort and results slowly chips away at something important.
Your trust in yourself and belief that you CAN follow through on what’s important to you.
The issue isn't usually effort
Most women who reach this stage are already doing many things right.
You’re exercising regularly.
You’re making healthy choices with your food.
You care about what you eat.
But there will be small patterns that are quietly keeping you at a maintenance and stopping you from triggering fat loss.
Things like:
- meals that look healthy but don’t fully satisfy appetite
- ultra-processed foods that keep cravings switched on
- weekends that undo the weekly deficit
- habits that are almost right, but not quite precise enough
Individually these things might not seem like a huge issue. But together, they prevent fat loss from actually happening, so you could spend years trying and not moving any nearer to your goal.
Which is why ‘trying harder’ rarely fixes the problem.
At this stage, the real solution is precision and personalisation.
The Lean for Life Method
Lean for Life is designed specifically for women who feel stuck in this plateau stage.
You already understand the basics, but need a clearer structure around the details that will actually drive your personal fat loss.
Inside this 12-week personalised coaching programme, we focus on three things:
Clarity
Identifying the exact habits and patterns keeping you at maintenance
Not wasting time guessing or tweaking calories, but actually focusing on the biggest levers that will move you forward from the first week.
Structure
Building a simple way of eating that naturally supports fat loss
This includes my 5-to-Thrive Method, which helps you build satisfying meals that regulate appetite and reduce cravings without calorie counting or eating protein powder.
Consistency
Helping you apply that structure consistently in real life
Including:
- weekends
- meals out
- stressful days
- busy work weeks
Because fat loss doesn’t happen from being 100% perfect every single week (and who is?!)
It happens from repeatable habits that you enjoy and can easily maintain.
What we'll work on together
Inside the Lean for Life Method, we’ll focus on:
- identifying the behaviours keeping you at maintenance
- building meals that genuinely satisfy you
- reducing reliance on ultra-processed foods
- improving appetite regulation
- navigating weekends without undoing progress
- creating a natural calorie deficit without tracking
- building a routine you can realistically maintain
The goal isn’t just weight loss after 12 weeks that you could regain again.
It’s reaching a point where food and your body feel handled rather than something you have to keep trying to control.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is 1:1 coaching?
You’re more likely to achieve your goals and address your challenges with the right structure, guidance and support. This is increased further when your training plan has been designed to fit you as an individual.
My online 1:1 coaching includes this tailored approach. You’ll receive a training plan in one app, including video demonstrations and step-by-step instructions for each exercise. You’ll also gain accountability and direct support with me, through access to an in-app chat, as well as the option to have scheduled 30-minute video calls every 2 weeks for us to talk through any challenges and review your progress.
How often would I train?
This will depend on your own goals, challenges and lifestyle, however as a starting point, I’d recommend aiming for at least 3 training sessions a week.
It’s important to both of us that you achieve the best possible results you can, while staying realistic, so you don’t feel overwhelmed or fall into overtraining.
Included in each of my programmes are the option to have a 30-minute video call every 2 weeks for us to check in and see how you’re getting on with your programme. This will also be a chance to share anything we may want to amend too.
Do I need a gym membership?
Not at all! I am happy to design a programme that you can do in the comfort of your own home with limited or no equipment, or in the gym.
Will you include a meal plan?
In my 1:1 coaching programme, I work with you to find out the a way to eat a varied, balanced diet. Rather than provide a meal plan for your time with me, we instead focus on ways for you to learn how to enjoy a healthy diet and find freedom from feeling restricted to a more rigid meal plan.
How can I track my progress?
All progress and measurements are tracked through my app which you’ll be able to download on your phone for free as part of your programme. This includes uploading your own progress photos and tracking your new habits.
How much does it cost?
Investment into this 12-week programme is 3 monthly payments of £250 or for a discount, £695 paid in full.
How is payment taken? Does it need to be upfront or is it a monthly subscription?
Payment is processed through Stripe, which is a highly secure and safe payment system.
You can pay upfront for a discounted price, or over monthly payments if that suits you better.
