Do you ever get the afternoon energy slump? Having snacks you’ve made yourself at home can be a great way to avoid reaching for heavily processed junk food. Even better if they only need simple ingredients and don’t need to be baked! This Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Energy Balls Recipe will give you the boost you need.

Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 170 grams oats
  • 185 grams peanut butter
  • 50-60 grams chocolate protein powder
  • 65 grams honey
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chunks (white, milk or dark will work well for these!)

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add a couple of tablespoons of cold water until the mixture binds together.
  • Take a small amount of mixture and using the palms of your hands, roll into a ball.
  • Repeat until all of the mixture has been used up to make your protein energy balls.
  • Place in the fridge for 2 hours or in the freezer to set – these will last for a week or so for you to enjoy whenever you fancy a snack!
