Simple Cacao Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon cacao chocolate powder

Instructions

  • Pour 250ml of milk into a blender.
  • Slice up the banana and add to the blender.
  • Add 1 tbsp of raw cacao chocolate powder.
  • Blend for 10-15 seconds until fully combined.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Top Tip:

  • Fancy a milkshake with a crunch? Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds after pouring the milkshake into a glass for a extra boost of omega 3 to your diet.
